A seventeen-year-old girl named Mayura had a mother, father, and little brother. She loved to enjoy herself in her Christian culture and festivals. Her home was in Greenwood City, Canada. She was going through her last year of high school. Around eleven thirty at night, she woke up from her bed; she could not sleep well on that day because, in a few minutes, the Christmas celebration would start. Christmas lights were fixed on the house's rooftop, candles were glowing, and homemade lamps were shining as bright as stars in the night sky. She liked how her house shone and was glowing with candles, homemade lamps, and Christmas lights. After she had seen all these decorations, she got new energy to make her house more beautiful, and her father had s bright as already decorated the Christmas tree. Her mother had already prepared some food, sweets, and candy for visitors. She heard a sound from outside her house, so she walked through her room to see what was happening outside. She saw four guys standing in front of the house by the window. Her room window faced the walkway so she could see everything happening outside. The four guys tried to open the door, but her front house door was locked. When Mayura’s family came to see what was happening outside, the four guys went to her neighbor's house and tried to open the front door and the house's side door. The four guys realized that they could try to open the window and go inside. Mayura’s neighbor's window was not locked properly. One of the guys went inside by the window, and he opened the door from inside to the other guys. Her father quickly pulled up his phone and called the police. He calmed Mayura and his family. At her neighbor's house, someone started to cry, and it was clear that the time was running out. At the same time, the police arrived, and the police spoke to the four guys on the loudspeaker; they said,

Please come outside; we all surrounded the house, and you guys could not escape.

The four guys came outside, in their hands; all of them had a lot of bags, and the police understood that they had taken all the valuable things from that house. But one of the thieves tried to run near the police and get a police gun. Everyone was shocked because he got the gun and handled the gun to shoot if the police or that family moved. Mayura watched the scene through her window. The four guys took their bags again and tried to escape, but one of the policemen bravely threw a stone, which was there on the roadside at the guy who was holding the gun. He dropped the gun, and immediately all the police officers took their handcuffs and handcuffed the four guys. Mayura and her family went outside and gave the video as a shred of evidence to the police that the four guys tried to open the door and went to the neighbor's house by the window. The police thanked and apprised them of their work and cooperation. Mayura and her neighbors were safe. One of the police said the video would help to bring the punishment for the thieves. After all of them left from there, Mayura’s mother said,

“Let’s not ruin this Christmas; we all had to celebrate this Christmas as our new day with hope.”
