Insomnia: writing from my point of view as a victim. It's a sleep disorder where you are unable to sleep and you continuously feel weak or not well rested.
I experienced this quite a lot but I didn't see it as a medical condition and a critical one at that. I literally see the night fall and the day break.
It was later diagnosed along with anxiety which was due to me taking very important examinations and then forgetting to carry out my previous routines which included napping and resting basically, so coupling anxiety from the exams and the new routine I switched my brain to, it had to catch up by missing sleep. Sleeping pills were prescribed and strong ones at that which the doctor advised me to never take again due its severity.
I still have insomnia from time to time but it's not something this strong girl can't handle 😏😌.
