Where do the children grow

We are all mad here
Somewhere wandering off into its distance
Donate a coin or your arteries some will say
Dear, there's no reason to hide what you been through
Your childhood brings out the brightest pathway
We don't understand those that teach
And we reach for those that are weak
But for art thou path is brave enough to keep
When you wonder how to keep going
And your face falls to the ground
Don't you go crying over spilled milk
When your strict mama comes to town
She raised you,
What can you say?
Love your father, brother, and uncle each day
Maybe in the honest way,
Will have your sister bring forgiveness to your door step
Those yester years soon will be long gone
It will be up to you to not allow your history to be over slept.
Whether you grew up in muddy waters
Or with a roof over your head
Please allow that child in you to grow and finally go to bed.
