However, there are others who are willing to take a stand and promote the culture of life to counter the disordered, unnatural moral order. Back in Pope Paul VI’s papacy, many dissented on various moral issues. One of them was sterilization. At that time, eugenic programs existed in the United States as a means for population control and combating poverty.
