This life is worth living. With that said, I have gone through the last several years wondering why? I know now that I need to rid myself (this includes my mind body and soul) of all toxicity. I must lean and rely on the outside strength I like to call God that gets me through each day. Cleanse yourself from all the negativity - past and present. Laugh while you're doing it. Cry while you're doing it. Help someone out while you're doing it. Pay it forward and forward love....
