Fear can limit our abilities to achieve our own levels of success. Acting as an inhibitor, it can cause us to avoid situations, people and experiences. We often have two choices, facing our own
apprehensions or allowing them to paralyze our ability to live our positive intended lives.
I was recently asked to write a letter to my fear. Facing something that caused me tremendous painful agitation evoked strong emotions for me. I hope you enjoy my musings below . I look forward to sharing more with you too.
