Introduction This research study was conducted to investigate the relationship between past performance of baseball players and their future salaries. Baseball players who intend to grow their careers in the game are often graded based on their past performances which may be a factor that affects the salary they earn during their baseball careers. This paper will study this relationship while considering factors that are combined to make up the player’s performance.
