Written during coivd-19, where as New Yorker we were devoid of sharing the integral part of our personalities, by revealing our full facial expressions, including our smiles, since it was being blocked by our masks. Some pro-vaxers, who were very concerned and extreme of safe guarding themselves, doubled if not trippled their masks to cover their entire faces. Creating a huge civil debate in American society, of how far vaacination, masking, and social distancing was necessary in keeping everyone healthy and safe. I also wanted to comment on fake smiles, an insincere gestures, and all of us sometime being fooled, naïve, and worried if the person smiling at us is masking their true sentiments about us, or hiding something else they are going through. While the poor expectation to exude happiness the majority of the time, so others can feel comfortable in our presence, with all the array of emotions we display, where we are expected to only smile on camera, even if we are not feeling it.

Direct answer: Early on, many biologists treated sugars on proteins and lipids as “decorations” because they were hard to map, hard to sequence, and hard to connect to a clear function. The core problem was technical and conceptual: glycans are structurally diverse, branched, and not template-encoded as DNA and proteins are, so the field felt messy and slow-moving. In this exploration of narcissistic dynamics, we examine the sobering reality behind why individuals with narcissistic personality traits struggle to experience or express genuine love. The core of the issue lies in a profound lack of empathy and emotional depth, which prevents them from forming the authentic, vulnerable connections that define healthy relationships. For a narcissist, "love" is not an emotional bond but a transactional tool. They view partners as sources of "supply"—admiration, status, or logistical support—rather than as complex human beings. The article details how they often "perform" love through mimicry and love-bombing to secure this supply, only to withdraw affection when their needs are no longer met. By understanding that this incapacity is a fundamental internal deficit and not a reflection of the partner's worth, survivors can begin to detach from the cycle of seeking validation from someone who is emotionally bankrupt.

When a scapegoat finally leaves a narcissistic system, it triggers a total collapse of the narcissist’s emotional regulation. This article explores how the narcissist, suddenly deprived of their primary target for blame and rage, descends into a state of panic and chaos. We break down the predictable stages of this aftermath: from the initial "lash out" phase and the inevitable smear campaign to the "human shield" effect, where former enablers and "golden children" suddenly find themselves in the line of fire. Most importantly, the article highlights the manipulation that occurs when other group members try to guilt the scapegoat into returning just to restore the toxic status quo. By understanding these dynamics, those who have escaped can find the validation they need to maintain "No Contact" and prioritize their own healing over the narcissist's dysfunction.

This poem is dedicated to the beauty of self awareness. Having self compassion for oneself. Boundaries with who we let into our innermost circle. We are walking cosmos energies. So much like plant being rooted out of the ground. Showing the way everything in life has a process. A time and place. But what we water ourselves with matters.

Why I do Not Believe in the Trinity... Jesus defines the Father plainly. “God is a Spirit” (John 4:24). A Spirit is not limited. Not located. Not confined. David says, “Where shall I go from Your Spirit? If I ascend into heaven, You are there… If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there” (Psalm 139:7–8).
