This is a blog entry that was recently posted on my author's website johnstrapasonbooks.com. The author's main argument is that the media, especially in the United States, has long shown biased coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, favoring the Israeli perspective. Much of the information is shocking and unsettling to anyone with a healthy moral judgment.
This is a blog comment I posted on my author's website johnstrapasonbooks.com. It is a brief comment about the book A Moon Will Rise From the Darkness/Reports on Israel's Genocide in Palestine by Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Albanese is an experienced human rights lawyer who brings an intelligent, detailed, unbiased view of the situation in Gaza.
Hiding out in Hip Hop
A brief book review. Hiding out in Hip Hop is a book from a gay hip hop insider who without ever given the names leaves one a lot of clues as to who the author of the book just might be referring to.
This poem is dedicated to the beauty of self awareness. Having self compassion for oneself. Boundaries with who we let into our innermost circle. We are walking cosmos energies. So much like plant being rooted out of the ground. Showing the way everything in life has a process. A time and place. But what we water ourselves with matters.

A poignant and meaningful autobiography RuPaul’s memoir that was recently released is called The House of Hidden Meanings and in my opinion i truly did enjoy reading the life story of RuPaul.
I was excited when I wrote and published my first book. I was motivated by my children to fulfill my bucket list. Yes, writing was a childhood dream that faded as time passed on and life plans left me putting the thought in the back of my mind. Well kids grew up and all I have is time. I focused on doing what I have loved doing and that is telling stories through writing. I wanted to uplift and motivate others and I wrote my first quote book. working on a collection of quoteable quotes. I am excited to share my love for book, reading, and writing.
