Wrote this after having a bad day .... was feeling bad about myself and had to let it out to see if anyone was listening.

I wrote this a few years ago. I never thought I could write very well, but I thought I would put some effort into it again, and this is what I came out with. I ended up winning an award, which I didn't find out until almost six months after I wrote it. Anyway, enjoy!!
