Prompt: Going to various places in the school, and I will ask you to use your senses to record sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch. Then, we will return, and you will write a prose piece/ poem based on what you saw/ heard/ smelled/ tasted/ touched.
Requirements:
Gather sensory information from each place. Use the chart I’ve given you as a guide.
When we return, choose some of the sensory information and create a poem OR piece of prose, about ten lines or so, from what you’ve written (it can be longer).
Include sensory details, which means get specific about what you write!
