Then she heard her bedroom door open to reveal the monster of a man that had been killing young women in their homes standing there in front of her. “How do you want to die?” She heard him call out. Tabitha reached for her gun and found it missing. This was it, she was going to die. That was what the feeling of dread was. She didn’t have time to answer him as he pointed her own gun at her and fired it. She had one last thought as she died, “At least my death wasn’t in vain.”
